Our Divisions

Halefem Gynae is one of several divisions operating under Edmund Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified company that has been in the pharmaceutical business since 2015. Each division carries its own range and its own set of franchise partners, so a distributor is never asked to carry products outside the therapy area they actually sell into.

Halefem itself covers gynaecology and women’s health — more than 200 formulations across six therapeutic series: female infertility and PCOS-PCOD management, progesterone, gynaecological and pregnancy care, UTI and vaginal care, contraceptives, and male infertility. Everything is manufactured at WHO-GMP compliant units in Baddi.

The other divisions listed on this page run on the same manufacturing and quality base but address different prescribing audiences. Nidish Vedic is the Ayurvedic division. Medigma Lifesciences operates as a separate general range. A partner can hold a franchise in one division without any obligation to the others.

Why the divisions are kept separate

A gynaecologist prescribes across the whole of women’s health in a single clinic session. A distributor working that doctor needs depth in one area rather than a thin spread across many. Splitting the business into focused divisions means each partner gets a range built for the doctors they actually call on, monopoly rights are granted division by division and district by district, and promotional input is designed for one specialty instead of being diluted across a general catalogue.
