Gynae PCD Franchise Support Services in India

Signing the agreement is the easy part. What decides whether a gynae PCD business is still growing in its second year is everything that comes after it — whether stock arrives when it was promised, whether the promotional input actually helps a gynaecologist remember your brand, and whether someone answers the phone when a batch query comes in.

Halefem Gynae is the gynaecology division of Edmund Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified company operating since 2015. We market over 200 gynae formulations across six therapeutic series, manufactured at WHO-GMP compliant units in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. This page sets out what we actually do for the distributors, stockists and franchise partners who carry that range across India.

If you are still weighing up whether a gynae PCD franchise is the right business, start with the gynae PCD pharma franchise page. If you have already decided and want to know what working with us looks like month to month, this is that page.

What partner support actually covers

Territory mapping and appointment

We check district availability against our current partner map before anything is agreed, then record your territory in the agreement itself rather than leaving it to an understanding over the phone.

Range selection and order book

Nobody starts with 200 products. We help you pick an opening range for your district’s prescribing pattern — infertility-led, antenatal-led, or a broad general gynae basket — and build your order book around it.

Promotional input planning

Visual-aid folders, product card manuals, MR bags, order books, samples and reminder cards, supplied free against your order as per demand and planned around your call cycle rather than sent at random.

Dispatch and documentation

Invoice raised against advance payment and dispatch on receipt, with batch numbers and expiry on every invoice for your stock records and for any query a chemist raises later.

1. Territory check

Tell us the district you want to work and we check it against the partners already appointed there. If it is open, it is yours to take. If it is not, we will say so rather than appoint a second partner into the same market. This is the single most important conversation in a PCD relationship and it takes about ten minutes.

2. Range selection

Our range spans six series — female infertility and PCOS-PCOD management, progesterone, gynecological and pregnancy care, UTI and vaginal care, contraceptives, and male infertility. A partner calling on IVF and fertility clinics needs a very different opening basket to one whose main prescribers are antenatal OPDs. We go through the current gynae product range with you and build a starting list around the prescribing you can actually reach, then extend it as your base grows.

3. Documentation

You will need a drug licence and a GST registration in your own name to hold and sell pharmaceutical stock. We will tell you plainly what is required and what the agreement will contain, but we do not file these on your behalf — and you should be wary of any company that offers to. Once they are in place, the agreement records your products, your territory and your terms in writing.

4. First order and dispatch

Your opening order is invoiced ex-factory against advance payment and dispatched on receipt. Every invoice carries batch numbers and expiry dates, which is what you will need for your own stock records and for any query a chemist raises later. Promotional input is issued against that order, free, as per demand.

5. Working the territory

From there it is a supply relationship. We keep the range in stock, publish a revised product list every April, and release new molecules to existing partners as they launch. You get the same person to call about a pending dispatch or a composition question, rather than a ticket number.

What we do not do

We do not manufacture. Halefem Gynae is a marketing and distribution company; our products are manufactured at WHO-GMP compliant units in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. We do not publish ex-factory trade prices on this website, because those are partner terms and they belong in a conversation rather than on a public page. And we do not appoint two partners into one district, which is the entire point of monopoly rights.

200+ formulations across six gynae series

Female infertility and PCOS-PCOD, progesterone, pregnancy care, UTI and vaginal care, contraceptives and male infertility.

Manufactured at WHO-GMP compliant units in Baddi

Packing matched to the molecule — Alu-Alu for moisture-sensitive hormones, soft-gel for progesterone, pre-filled injections.

Revised product list published every April

New molecules reach existing partners as they launch, at no change to your agreed terms.

One partner per district, recorded in writing

Your territory is named in the agreement, not agreed verbally and forgotten later.
